Team Info

Please download the team info form, complete it with your team’s information and upload it back when it’s complete. The deadline to submit the team info form is January 30th.

Insurance

Starting this year, teams will purchase their own insurance and upload proof of purchase. We recommend using Mission Assure and filling out all forms together at a pre-trip meeting. The deadline to submit proof of insurance is February 15th.

Payments

We highly recommend paying by check. If you need to make payment by credit card, you must check the box to cover the processing cost.

Payment Deadlines:

March 1       $575 due per person

April 1          $400 due per person

May 1            $400 due per person

Pay by card and cover the processing cost

Make checks payable to Alaska Student Partnership

Be sure to include your campus name in the memo.

Background Check

We require every person that comes on a Sayak Trip to complete a Background Check. These can be completed by clicking below. The deadline to complete the background check is February 15th.

Flight Plan Upload

Please upload a screenshot of your team’s flight details. We need to know when you arrive in Anchorage and when you depart to go back home. The deadline to upload your flight plan is April 1.

Packing List

Each person must limit themselves to 1 checked bag and 1 backpack that can be carried on. It is important that your luggage not exceed 60 lbs total (personal item + checked bag combined) as this is vital for weight balance of boats/planes.
